We offer open enrollment throughout the year if/when there are available spots in each learning studio. Begin your journey by scheduling a discovery call, then read about our application process below.

Tuition & Fees

  • Tuition for the 2024-25 school year is $8998
    Tuition can be paid annually with a 3% discount, or in eleven equal payments. The annual enrollment fee is $475.
    Evergreen is approved to accept Oklahoma Parental Choice Tax Credits which pays for $5000-7500 of annual tuition and fees. Go here to learn more: parentalchoice.ok.gov

How to Apply

  • We are currently accepting applications for Kindergarten to 10th grade. Please complete the following simple steps to begin the application process, which helps us all (your family included) determine if our learning environment is a good fit.
  • 1. Call Us: Schedule a discovery call to ask questions and learn about our program; on that call we can schedule a time for you to come tour the campus.
  • 2. Submit Your Application: Please complete our online application and $100 application fee.

  • 3. Shadow Day: After we receive the completed application form, we will reach out to schedule your child to come visit our school for 1-2 days. The Shadow Day is an excellent way for us to get to know your child and allow them to experience learning at Evergreen Academy.
  • 4. Admissions Decision: We will convey the decision on admission within a week after the shadow day visit. In the case of summer enrollment, we will either invite you to one of our summer camps, schedule a playdate or family meeting in place of the Shadow Day. Admission to our school will be confirmed upon receipt of the registration fee and signed enrollment documents.
